Program Management / Client Services
Program Management & Business Development professionals are responsible for
not only maintaining a client portfolio, but also identifying and building new relationships
and opportunities with major customers; technology partners; and influencers. These
positions will primarily be responsible for major accounts; identified as Fortune
100 companies where there appears to be a basis for a stronger relationship and
very large new revenue potentials for Convergys. The successful individuals will
have subject matter expertise in one or more of the following vertical industries:
Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, Government, and Telecommunications.
